Leather is going to be a huge trend this fall and I’m here for it. Oftentimes, when we think of adding leather pieces to our wardrobes, moto jackets are one of the first things to pop up. However, I’m all about leather skirts this season. It’s one of my fall must-haves because it’s so versatile yet statement making. It strikes the perfect balance of fashion-forward, classic and cool, making it ideal for a variety of outfits and occasions. You can wear it with a basic tee when temperatures are warmer in the daytime but also layer on a sweater and trench coat as soon as temperatures drop. Scroll ahead for all my favorite ways to wear a leather skirt.

1. Camel Coat & Leopard Footwear
I have been loving mixing brown and black together lately. You can’t go wrong with a classic camel coat – it instantly elevates any look. This one is the perfect weight to transition into fall with. A leopard print heel really brings together the look and makes it pop.

2. Blazer & Combat Boots
Full leather outfits are such a big hit this season, and all I want to do lately is pair my leather mini skirts with combat boots. The heavy leather vibe is easily balanced out with a smart blazer and feminine handbag. I typically like to contrast the color of my skirt and boots for bold statement looks like this. I find that it’s easier on the eyes and feels more polished.
