Although winter doesn’t officially start until late December, it always comes early for us in Minnesota – it’s already been snowing! That being said, I wanted to go ahead and share my 10-piece winter capsule wardrobe so you can plan for the freezing weather ahead. I have to say that when it comes to pulling an outfit together, winter is the hardest season to do so. That’s why it’s so crucial to simplify your wardrobe to only a few pieces you can make the most of. I’ve realized that having a closet brimming with clothes only throws you into a constant state of confusion.
The first thing I do when building out my winter wardrobe is invest in warmer, practical pieces that can be mixed and matched to create different looks. Having lived in what feels like the frozen tundra for years now, I know that staying warm doesn’t have to mean sacrificing style.
