I can’t believe it’s December! I’m so excited that the snow has arrived and early Christmas celebrations have already begun. I thought things might calm down a little bit after the Thanksgiving/Black Friday rush, but this week has been a little insane. Phil and I are leaving on an extended vacation this month and I feel like we have a thousand things to do before then. I finished a lot of my Christmas shopping last night and then found myself roaming the holiday aisles of Target until there was no one around. I just had to figure out my wrapping paper theme for this year! Haha. If you haven’t checked out their collection by Sugar Paper yet, you should! I loved visiting the Sugar Paper store when we lived in LA and I’m so excited that I can now buy their stuff at my local Target store. I have a thing for pretty presents and my family always makes fun of me every year for it, but I think they kind of count on it too.

When I’m running around town this time of year, I’m all about throwing on whatever’s easiest and this poncho definitely fits the bill! I love the versatility of a poncho and when I saw this colorblock one, I had to have it – especially since it’s only $35! It’s so soft, I also bought a scarf in the same material (last seen here). I know a lot of you love these burgundy over-the-knee boots as much as I do; so much so that they’re completely sold out now.
